The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small suavity, a good definition, roundness, gourmandize, a small sapidity, freshness, a small flattering side as well as a small deepness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy nectarine, pulpy apple and small notes of quince associated with small touches of zest, tangerine as well as a hint of tangerine seed, garrigue and a subtle hint of fresh rosemary. Good length. Presence of a subtle sapid hint (almost saline) on the finish / persistence.
