The nose is slighly tight and aromatic. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of quince, crushed pear and small notes of pulpy nectarine associated with touches of small yellow fruits, sage, green pine needles as well as discreet almost honeyed hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very discreetly tight and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small tension, a fine straightness, a good definition as well as a fine racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh quince, juicy / fresh yellow apple and small notes of nectarine associated with touches of mandarin, sappy hints, sage as well as an imperceptible almost verbena hint and anise (in the background). There are a very fine firmness and a discreet hint of almond on the finish.
