The nose is aromatic, racy and offers an assertive style. It reveals notes of quince, gingerbread and small notes of dried zest associated with touches of mandarin flowers, dried small yellow fruits as well as an oxidative hint, discreet hints of beeswax and an imperceptible hint of chestnut butter. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, chiseled and offers an acidulous frame, a good guideline, precision, a beautiful freshness, fullness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, dried lemon zest and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with a touch of kumquat, dried small yellow fruits, yellow apple as well as fine hints of almonds, beeswax, toasted hazelnut, an oxidative hint and an imperceptible hint of roasted thyme (in the base).
