The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, suavity, a small roundness, a small fat, a fine tension, aromatic purity as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh lemon, juicy / fresh mandarin and small notes racy minerality associated with touches of juicy green apple, zest, a subtle hint of fresh garrigue as well as an imperceptible hint of fresh rosemary. Good length. Presence of a subtle hint of pips and almonds on the finish.
