Sauta Roc – Piera Levada 2018 – Languedoc

The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and offers a beautiful finesse (in its power). It reveals notes of fresh lemon, zest and small notes of fresh apple skin associated with fine touches of peach, fresh mandarin, a hint of citrus seed as well as discreet hints of sage, local grove and a very discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers suavity, a small fat, a fine acidulous frame, a fine chiseled side, roundness, gourmandize as well as precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lemon, vine peach and small notes of fleshy green apple associated with small touches of zest, fine hints of quenette, apple blossoms, lemon blossoms, a subtle hint of sage as well as discreet hints of dry local grove and vanilla (in the background).
