The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers suavity, a small fat, a fine acidulous frame, a fine chiseled side, roundness, gourmandize as well as precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lemon, vine peach and small notes of fleshy green apple associated with small touches of zest, fine hints of quenette, apple blossoms, lemon blossoms, a subtle hint of sage as well as discreet hints of dry local grove and vanilla (in the background).
