The nose is precise, well-structured and offers a slightly tight grain. It reveals notes of apple, lychee and small notes of citrus associated with small touches of quince, racy minerality, hints of verbena, fresh loca grove as well as a very discreet hint of fresh bay leaf. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well framed and offers an acidulous / zesty frame, precision, minerality, structure, freshness as well as good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy lemon, zest and small notes of acidulous / juicy green apple associated with touches of crushed mirabelle plum, quince, hints of berries laurel, fresh sage as well as fine hints of racy minerality and verbena. Good length. There is a subtle almost aniseed hint in the background. Lemony persistence.
