The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well framed and offers freshness, a fine acidulous frame, tension, a fine straightness, a beautiful roundness, fat, precision as well as a small richness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy / crushed green apple, zest and small notes of quince associated with small touches of lychee, pine sap candy, elderflower as well as hints of flowers rosemary, fresh local grove and a subtle hint of fresh almond. Good length.
