The nose is fruity and offers a good definition as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of crushed apple, quenette and small notes of fleshy Williams pear associated with touches of crushed small yellow fruits, apple blossoms, racy minerality and discreet hints of sage. The palate is fruity, juicy, well defined, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, fat (in finesse), an acidulous frame as well as a small aerial side in the approach. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / crushed apple, fleshy / crushed pear and small notes of apple blossoms associated with touches of quince, crushed small yellow fruits, sage, exotic fruits as well as fine hints of racy minerality, pine sap / arbutus, almond and an imperceptible hint of fresh rosemary (in the background). Good length.
