On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / juicy apple, fresh / juicy pear and small notes of juicy quince associated with touches of racy minerality, mesocarp as well as fine hints of zest, a subtle hint of sage / sense of the place (local biotop) and discreet almost vanilla hints (in the background).
