The nose is fruity, fine, aromatic and offers elegance as well as richnes. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with a touch of cornflower, liquorice as well as very fine hints of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness/freshness, a good structure, a good precision, a juicy/fresh frame as well as a god definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of violet associated with small touches of cherry as well as fine hints of toasted, Bourbon vanilla and an imperceptible hint of caramelization (in the background). A very fine and almost saline/iodine hint and a very discreet sapidity on the finish. Good length. An imperceptible hint of toasted almond, vanilla as well as a very fine chew on the persistence.
