The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, suavity, gourmandize, a beautiful definition, a fine grain as well as a beautiful touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, crushed/pulpy blackberry, small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of juicy violet plum, crushed raspberry as well as fine hints of cardamom, tonka bean, nutmeg, discreet hints of incense and truffle. Tannins are well-built. Good length. Sapidity on the finish.
