This Savatiano is sourced from 50 years old vines. It’s rich and full-bodied with neutral, delicate perfume. Its subtle aromas of pear and melon are also joined by a hint of fir resin. The acidity is moderate and the palate has an iodine-like character. Overall, it’s a simple, approachable wine, but a very well done one.
