The nose is fruity, elegant and offers gourmandize, a small richness, a fine intensity and a small aerial side. It reveals notes of candied quince, vine peach in syrup, small notes of pear associated with touches of apricot in syrup, a racy minerality as well as hints of pineapple, nutmeg, lemon flowers, a discreet hint of spices, mango and very discreet hints of toasted. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful freshness, a small unctuosity as well as a fine syrupy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied apple, crushed pear, small notes of candied quince associated with small touches of pineapple in syrup, dry apricot as well as a subtle hint of mango, discreet hints of vanilla, almond, a racy minerality and toasted. Good length.
