The nose is fresh, fruity, racy and offers minerality, elegance as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of candied yellow peach, candied pear and small notes of candied kumquat associated with small touches of crushed apple, roasted pineapple, beeswax as well as slight hints of brioche, candied ginger and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, mineral, racy and offers a mineral structure, energy, roundness, fat as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied apple, candied peach and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with touches of roasted pineapple, dried apricot, honey as well as fine hints of acacia, sweet spices, with discreet hints of patisseries, nutmeg and fresh vanilla. Good length. A beautiful persistence with notes of dried apricot and candied berries.
