The nose is elegant and offers power, a certain intensity as well as freshness. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of quince, crushed Mirabelle, small notes of honey associated with touches of candied lemon, almond as well as fine hints of yellow apple, spices, discreet hints of toasted/ patisseries, a very discreet hint of verbena/tilleul and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, relatively fat and offers juiciness, a fine aerial side as well as a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful silky/fat touch (full of balance). On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed Mirabelle, candied quince, small notes of pear in syrup associated with touches of pineapple in syrup as well as fine hints of crystallized lemon as well as a hint of apricot flowers, almond, a discreet hint of patisseries and honey. Good length.
