The nose is fruity and offers a small richness, freshness and a fine syrupy side. It reveals notes of pear in syrup, small notes of fleshy apple associated with small touches of crystallized lemon, peach flower as well as a hint of candied quince, discreet hints of candied ginger, spices, a very discreet hint of candied lime and a subtle hint of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fresh/acidulous frame, tension, fat, freshness, minerality, richness, a small syrupy hint as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied pear, candied peach, small notes of crystallized lemon associated with touches of candied mandarine zests, crushed green apple, white flowers as well as subtle hints of racy minerality, verbena and a discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). A very discreet hint of brioche in the persistence.
