The nose is fresh and offers power, intensity as well as finesse. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of crystallized quince, crystallized lemon zests, small notes of crushed kumquat associated with touches of candied brugnon, fresh mango as well as fine hints of dry apricot, honey, a discreet hint of patisseries and dry almond. The palate is beautifully built, elegant, mineral, full of balance and offers a mineral/finely acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized vine peach, small notes of fresh quince associated with small touches of pear, pear flowers, lychee as well as fine hints of small candied fruits, discreet hints of racy minerality, dry almond, cardamom and a discreet hint of patisseries.
