It reveals notes of lychee, candied kumquat, small notes of crystallized mandarine associated with small touches of crystallized lemon as well as fine hints of lemon flowers, mandarine flowers, a hint of green apple, fine hints of candied apricot and an imperceptible hint of honey. The palate is gourmand, candied and offers roundness, a fine acidulous frame, tension as well as a fine hint of racy minerality and a small freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied apple, candied pear, small notes of candied lemon associated with touches of roasted pineapple, crystallized quince, candied apricot as well as fine hints of patisseries/honey, a very discreet hint of almond, an imperceptible hint of almond flower and verbena (in the background). Good length. A very discreet hint of vanilla on the persistence.
