The nose is elegant, gourmand, fresh and offers concentration as well as a creamy sensation. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, fleshy blue plum, small notes of bourbon vanilla associated with touches of violet, creamy strawberry, as well as hints of caramelization, camphor, toasted, ripe hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of coconut (in the background). The palate is fresh, mineral, aerial and offers a small acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a creamy sensation and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, fleshy/juicy strawberry, small notes of juicy/fresh blue plum associated with a touch of juicy cherry as well as hints of violet, chocolate, toasted, caramelization, a very discreet hint of toasted hazelnut ad dry almond. Tannins are structuring. Good length.
