Château La Brande – Cabernet Franc 2018 – Fronsac

The nose is fruity, racy and offers a small intensity, freshness as well as power. It reveals notes of cornflower/fresh lily, small fresh/crunchy blue fruits, small notes of cassis associated with a touch of strawberry, fresh flowers as well as fine hints of liquorice stick and a very discreet hint of pistil. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, elegant, gourmandize, a bright fruit, a fine grain and a very finely creamy sensation. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blueberry, pulpy blue plum, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, violet, crushed blackberry as well as very fine hints of liquorice, chocolate and a very discreet hint of vanilla.
