It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, small berries, small notes of violet, fresh cornflower associated with touches of pepper, small fresh blue berries as well as fine hints of sense of the place, discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of saffron (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers minerality, a certain tension, finesse of the grain, a very fine aerial side and a beautiful acidulous fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy/acidulous blackberry, small notes of fresh cassis, juicy/acidulous blackberry, small notes of fresh raspberry associated with touches of small fresh black fruits, lily as well as hints of green cardamom and an imperceptible hint of fresh oak (in the background). Good length. An acidulous persistence.
