The nose is fruity, very discreetly tight and offers a small concentration as well as a fine deepness. It reveals notes of cassis, lilac, fleshy blueberry, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of caramelization, toasted, a hint of nutmeg, cuben pepper and a subtle hint of orange (in the background). The palate is beautifully fresh and offers minerality, a small fat, suavity, dynamism as well as tension, verticality and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/crushed strawberry, fleshy/crushed blackberry, small notes of juicy/fresh blueberry associated with touches of violet, cornflower as well as fine hints of caramelization and toasted. A subtle saline hint on the finish/persistence.
