The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a fine richness, fullness as well as a racy grain, a racy minerality and a fine freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, blueberry, small notes of redcurrant associated with small touches of rose petal, iris as well as hints of racy minerality as well as fine hints of liquorice and a discreet hint of chocolate. Good length. Tannins are slightly marked.
