The nose is fruity, very finely tight and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, wild strawberry, small notes of Cuben pepper associated with touches of flowers, spices as well as very fine hints of caramelization/toasted. The palate is fruity, juicy, gourmand, racy and offers a small freshness, a beautiful definition, a fine suavity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain, a small fat and harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, juicy cassis, small notes of blueberry associated with touches of juicy Gariguette strawberry, lilas, lily as well as small touches of sweet spices, toasted, vanilla, a subtle hint of liquorice and an imperceptible hint of Badiane (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built.
