The nose is elegant, fresh and offers a beautiful definition, a small bewitching side, deepness (full of finesse) as well as finesse of the grain and harmony of the structure. It reveals notes of bright Boysen berry, small black fruits, small notes of violet associated with small touches of small wild blue fruits, wild strawberry as well as fine hints of gray pepper, Cuben pepper, very fine hints of sense of the place and lily/iris. The palate is fruity, delicate, powerful, precise, well-balanced and offers an acidulous/juicy frame, a beautiful definition, a very fine bright fruit, a beautiful salinity as well as freshness, a beautiful guideline/tension and purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, juicy/pulpy Boysen berry, small notes of small blue fruits associated with touches of graphite, Cuben pepper, small bright berries, cherry, sense of the place/green oak leaf, fresh lily as well as discreet hints of tobacco, sweet spices and very fine hints of caramelization. Very beautiful tannins’ grains. A subtle hint of grill on the persistence.
