The nose offers a fine grain, a racy power and a certain density. It reveals notes of fleshy Boysen berries, fleshy strawberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of fleshy/juicy plum, small crushed blue fruits as well as very fine hints of caramelization, liquorice, a very discreet hint of camphor, violet and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, racy and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, gourmandize, a fine juicy/fresh frame as well as a fleshy/juicy/pulpy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy blackberry and small notes of blueberry associated with touches of fresh/bright quetsch plum as well as hints of cornflower, liquorice, toasted, very discreet hints of caramelization and dark chocolate. Tannins are precise, racy and very discreetly firm. A persistence on notes of chocolate and caramelization. A very discreet hint of bitterness/salinity on the persistence.
