The nose is elegant, complex and offers a small controlled power, freshness and a certain deepness. It reveals notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, pulpy blackberry and small notes of crushed redcurrant associated with touches of griotte cherry, juicy violet plum, liquorice as well as fine hints of nutmeg, iris, cardamom and an imperceptible hint of saffron. The palate is fresh, fruity, beautifully squared/defined and offers a beautiful minerality, precision, a small tension and vertically. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, pulpy/fresh blackberry, small notes of fresh violet associated with touches of small crushed red berries, iris, rose as well as small hints of fresh/juicy plum, liquorice stick, a discreet hint of cardamom, vanilla and an imperceptible hint of mocha/sappy. Good length. Tannins are fine, precise and well-built.
