The nose is elegant, racy, precise and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, precision as well as a small complexity. It reveals notes of blackberry, fleshy strawberry, small notes of concentrated plum associated with touches of cassis, timut pepper, graphit as well as hints of spices, a very discreet hint of violet and vanilla. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, precision as well as gourmandize, deepness, a very finely tight grain and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cassis, concentrated plum, small notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry associated with touches of strawberry as well as hints of cornflower, lily, tonka bean/mocha, fine hints of mild tobacco, graphite and cardamom. Good length. Tannins are well-built and precise. A subtle hint of good bitterness in the finish/persistence.
