The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness as well as suavity, sapidity as well as a small fat and a very fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/crunchy cassis, juicy blackberry, small notes of crunchy/juicy blueberry associated with touches of lily, fresh violet, small juicy black fruits as well as a subtle hint of iris, liquorice and very discreet hints of chocolate. Tannins are well-built. A subtle hint of bitterness of the cocoa and almond on the persistence.
