Château Saint-Georges Côtes Pavie 2018 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Grand Cru Classé

The nose is aromatic, racy and offers deepness, a fine grain as well as intensity. It reveals notes of wild cassis, crushed wild blackberry, small notes of small fruits associated with touches of raspberry, cornflower, small crushed blue fruits as well as a discreet hint of sense of the place, lily, tonka bean and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, fleshy and offers a beautiful silkiness, gourmandize, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as elegance, suavity, density and an aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry, small notes of ripe wild strawberry associated with touches of cornflower, small bright blue fruits as well as hints of tonka bean. Cocoa bitterness in the finish.
