The nose is elegant, aromatic, racy and offers power (full of control/finesse), deepness and a beautiful racy grain. It reveals notes of pulpy/ripe cassis, pulpy blackberry, small notes of plum associated with touches of bright strawberry as well as small touches of small juicy/fresh fruits, cornflower, discreet hints of liquorice, green cardamom, tea, toasted and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers energy, deepness, a good definition, a beautiful minerality/freshness as well as an acidulous frame and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, fresh/juicy blackberry, small notes of fresh/juicy raspberry associated with touches of fresh plum, fresh cornflower as well as small touches of fresh/juicy redcurrant, a hint of bright blueberry, fine hints of toasted, tonka bean and a very discreet hint of cardamom.
