The nose is fresh, fruity, elegant, well-built and offers a good definition. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, bright blackberry, small notes of bright blueberry associated with small touches of crushed strawberry, crushed plum as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper, graphit, liquorice and a discreet hint of grilled. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a juicy/flint acidulous frame, juiciness, suavity as well as fat, a good structure, freshness and a good racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of fresh/bright blueberry, bright strawberry, hints of graphite, camphor, tobacco, tonka bean, cardamom and a subtle hint of nutmeg/sweet spices. Tannins are well-built. A subtle hint of good bitterness and salinity on the finish. A subtle hint of cocoa and grilled on the persistence/aftertaste. Good length.
