The nose is fruity and offers a certain concentration and a small power. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of small juicy wild berries as well as fine hints of nutmeg, toasted and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, precise, finely tight and offers a fine grain, tension, a small minerality as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, raspberry, small notes of fresh strawberry associated with touches of liquorice, small crushed berries as well as hints of toasted, fresh lily, a discreet hint of grilled and an imperceptible hint of saffron (in the background). A persistence on notes of toasted almond and chocolate. Good length. Tannins are well-built and very finely firm.
