It reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed blackberry, small notes of black plum associated with small touches of fresh raspberry as well as fine hints of liquorice stick, Cuben pepper, an imperceptible hint of cornflower and Badiane. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a good definition, precision as well as a fine salinity, a small aerial side and a small concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of juicy/fresh violet plum, fresh/juicy raspberry, hints of salinity, liquorice stick as well as discreet hints of underwood and vanilla. A very discreet hint of toasted hazelnut, caramelization and underwood on the persistence. Tannins are structuring.
