It reveals notes of quite ripe blackberry, small black fruits, small notes of quite ripe strawberry associated with fine touches of violet plum as well as hints of grey pepper, spices, a subtle hint of underwood. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness as well as a racy minerality, straightness, power, a good structure and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild cassis, small juicy/quite ripe black fruits, small notes of violet associated with touches of small wild berries, griotte, plum as well as hints of chocolate, zan/liquorice, a subtle hint of mild tobacco, cloves and vanilla. Good length.
