The nose is aromatic and offers a certain intensity as well as a small complexity. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of violet associated with touches of small pulpy blue fruits, a hint of grey pepper, incense as well as fine hints of nutmeg, spices and an imperceptible hint of mushroom. The palate is fruity and offers suavity, gourmandize, an acidulous frame, minerality as well as sapidity/small salinity and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, blueberry and small notes of small acidulous red berries associated with touches of lily, violet as well as small hints of liquorice, nutmeg, toasted, a discreet hint of grilled, tonka bean and an imperceptible hint of mushroom. Good length. An acidulous persistence on a hint of grilled and salinity.
