The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize, tension, a good definition, finesse of the precision, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a certain aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, juicy/fresh blueberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of fresh raspberry as well as fine hints of liquorice stick, vanilla pod, cedar and fresh mild tobacco. Good length. Tannins are fine, elegant and well-built. Very discreet hints of hazelnut and vanilla on the persistence.
