The nose is fruity, elegant, very finely tight and offers precision, a fine tension as well as a certaine richness on the hold. It reveals notes of pulpy/ripe Boysen berry, raspberry, small notes of blueberry associated with small touches of pulpy/ripe strawberry as well as hints of small crushed red berries, violet, fresh lily, truffle, fine hints of graphite, sweet spices, toasted and a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good structure, freshness, juiciness, gourmandize, a good definition as well as precision, power, suavity, a fine acidulous frame, a small tension and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed wild blackberry, crushed/dry cassis, small notes of dry strawberry associated with touches of small crushed red berries, lily, tonka bean/mocha, toasted as well as fine hints of cardamom, clove, truffle, a very discreet hint of vanilla and dry leaf. A very fine firmness on the finish.
