On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of dry yellow grape, caramelized mandarine, small notes of dry clementine associated with small touches of caramelized mirabelle, caramel pear, crushed brugnon as well as hints of rancio, cedar, cigar, brioche and an imperceptible hint of sap/Badiane.
