It reveals notes of dry yellow grape, dry zests, dry orange, small notes of dry lemon associated with fine touches of cedrat, candied peach, dry apple as well as a subtle hint of cedar, lychee, dry oak, vanilla, spices and a very discreet hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, gourmand, finely suave and offers elegance, power, a fine acid frame, a fine tension as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of candied lemon, caramelized cedrat, small notes of dry citrus, crystallized mandarine associated with small notes of candied peach, caramel peach as well as small hints of dry yellow raisin, caramelization, pâtisserie, dry tobacco, a very discreet hint of chocolate, cigar, an imperceptible hint of grilled oak and pepper. Good length. Good persistence. Small/fine power and suavity on the finish/aftertaste.
