The nose is aromatic, elegant, deepness and offers delicacy as well as a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, fleshy blueberry, small notes of cornflower associated with small touches of crushed strawberry, delicate hints of rose as well as fine hints of chocolate, toasted/caramelization, a discreet hint of vanilla and a subtle hint of white flowers. The palate is gourmand, elegant, aerial and offers a fine grain, a fine acidulous frame, subtility, a fine acidulous frame, harmony and a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy plum, juicy strawberry, small notes of cherry associated with touches of violet, rose as well as fine touches of blackberry, green cardamom, tonka bean, very fine hints of rose, vanilla and sweet spices.
