The nose offers power, gourmandize. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of grilled associated with touches of crushed redcurrant, crushed raspberry as well as hints of toasted, nutmeg, cardamom, a very discreet hint of rose and an imperceptible hint of dry tobacco (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, minerality as well as a fine intensity, gourmandize, elegance and harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of pulpy plum, crushed strawberry as well as hints of nutmeg, mild tobacco, a very discreet hint of racy minerality and camphor. Good length. Tannins are well-built. Appetence and a fine sapidity on the finish/persistence.
