The nose is well-built, aromatic and offers a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of pulpy/fleshy cassis, pulpy plum, small notes of strawberry associated with touches of crushed redcurrant as well as fine hints of rose, nutmeg, spices, a very discreet hint of cherry blossom, toasted and an imperceptible hint of grey pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers gourmandize, a racy minerality, silkiness as well as a beautiful definition, dynamism and a small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of bright violet plum, crushed strawberry as well as subtle hints of cherry blossom, violet, nutmeg, toasted and chocolate. Tannins are well-built, elegant and supple. Good length. Sapidity on the finish/persistence.
