The nose is elegant, structuring and offers power, finesse (but full of delicacy) as well as a melodious side. It reveals notes of bright Boysen berry, toasted/grilled bread, bright violet plum, small notes of raspberry, crushed redcurrant associated with fine touches of rose, violet, toasted oak, cuben pepper and a discreet hint of nutmeg (in the background). The palate is fruity, beautifully defined, full of straightness (but full of elegance/juiciness) and offers juiciness, precision as well as freshness, a fine grain, a fine acidulous frame, power (but full of elegance) and a more than seducing fruit! On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, bright violet plum, small notes of small bright berries associated with touches of violet, cherry, crushed redcurrant as well as hints of racy minerality, sweet spices, nutmeg and grilled bread.
