The nose is aromatic and offers a small minerality. It reveals notes of quince, small yellow berries, small notes of crunchy/fresh William pear associated with fine touches of green apple and discreet hints of fresh verbena (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers elegance, a fine tension, suavity and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy lemon, juicy quince, small notes of vine peach associated with touches of William pear as well as fine hints of green apple, a very discreet hint of green apple flowers and an imperceptible hint of local garrigue. Good length.
