The nose is fruity and offers minerality as well as a certain power. It reveals notes of lychee, eucalyptus, small notes of white flowers associated with touches of crushed Mirabelle, pear as well as a hint of pear flowers, lemon zests, a discreet hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, suave, gourmand and offers fat, a beautiful fullness, definition as well as an acidulous frame and appetence. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous/juicy lemon, juicy vine peach, small notes of pear associated with touches of green apple as well as hints of exotic fruits, a discreet hint of tilleul/acacia, an imperceptible hint of fresh verbena (in the background) and almond. A wine offering a beautiful work on the matter and the grain.
