The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, an acidulous frame, tension as well as dynamism and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small quite ripe yellow fruits, small yellow plum, small notes of quite ripe kumquat associated with small touches of yellow apple, terra cotta as well as fine hints of dry mandarine, nutmeg, spices, a subtle hint of bee wax and fresh hazelnut.
