Adelina Molettieri 2013 – Taurasi DOCG

The nose is fruity and offers juiciness as well as a bright fruit. It reveals notes of small black berries, bigarreau cherry, small notes of violet plum associated with fine touches of violet, small black berries, hot black olive as well as fine hints of incense and tobacco. The palate is fruity and offers a bright fruit, a fine pulpiness, juiciness as well as a beautiful acidulous frame, a small suavity and a fine sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, Boysen berry, small notes of violet plum associated with touches of small wild black berries, cocoa, camphor as well as a hint of grilled/toasted and a very discreet hint of black olive (in the background). A slightly tight finish. Tannins are slightly dry.
