The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers elegance as well as harmony. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, small pulpy black berries, small notes of violet, lily associated with a touch of crushed cherry, candied redcurrant as well as a hint of cherry blossom, thyme flowers, a racy minerality, a discreet hint of cocoa, toasted, nutmeg, almond and an imperceptible hint of orange. The palate is fruity, minerality, well-balanced, racy and offers a fine acidulous frame, tension, a discreet aerial side as well as a beautiful precision, harmony, a certain richness and a beautiful fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of small bright blue fruits associated with touches of violet, cornflower, thyme flowers as well as hints of chocolate, caramelization, bourbon vanilla pod, very discreet hints of sense of the place (local biotope), toasted and a subtle hint of chamomile. Good length. A beautiful persistence on notes of caramelization. A wine full of finesse, balance and freshness.
