The nose offers a small power as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of small wild black berries, wild cassis, small notes of small blue fruits associated with small touches of tobacco, smoke, a racy minerality, spices as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg and cocoa. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous cassis, black plum, small notes of small creamy black fruits associated with a touch of pulpy red fruits (cherry, raspberry…), nutmeg, tobacco, chocolate, caramelization and a discreet hint of garrigue (in the background).
